Cloud variable behaviors in blocks extionsion

I have an an idea where you can add an extension (maybe called "Packager blocks") where you can do thins cloud variables can do with blocks.
Such as an "Open Url (url here)" block
Or a "Set username to (username)" block etc.
Basically all I am asking for is you to be able to use blocks instead of cloud variables for these things
