Hello!
This PR adds a new extension that allows you to use Rich Presence in your projects.
This extension currently does NOT work, as GarboMuffin needs to add the required library to the packager.
I'm leaving it up to GarboMuffin to fill in the rest of the
Enabling Rich Presencesection of the documentation.The set:
