Soul fire upgrades for fire related weapons

A sudden whim to upgrade weapons to cause soul fire damage. But considering the burning animation and it will looks weird.
Use cosmic dust to refers to the common upgrade materials. It can be crafted into a advanced item to double burning damage when attack.
Soul fire burning animation could be incompatible with other mods. Damage type is a secondary choice unless neoforge adds it. That's why it looks weird
