allow use flying mount as land mounts on maps continental maps / instance

maybe a lot of you know that on wow 4+ you have the chance if you don't have brought fly skill for map 0 and 1 you can still use it as land mount, imho it's a cool feature to port to 3.3.5a
(it may need to be used from a command, ie .mount known_mount_spell_id / .mount known_mount_name / .mount known_mount_link

@Aokromes I am afraid I will have to look at that using flyers as ground mounts at a another time, i just need some more time to be familiar with 335 if you want this all to be attempt src level wise only.
but from what I gather there is only 85 mounts that are fly only in wotlk. If we edited the db files then there will be no issues along with src modifications in the spellmgr.cpp and player.cpp, but having it solely be in the src right now, just looks like a really really bad chop job with no actual solution.
