Describe feature

My script might use a certain JS library, such as Vue.js, multiple times. I don’t want to repeatedly clone it to a new location each time. Could there be a tag #appJs to configure a JS library for global import in HTML head?Just like #appCss

I took a look at the implementation of #appCss, and it seems quite simple. If you guys think this feature is worth adding, I'd be happy to contribute the code.
