First time usage. How long should 'thinking' be happening for?

I've just run my first agent. Things appear to be moving using gpt-4. The first response where goals, tools constraints are given etc was executed and now I'm seeing 'Thinking' for 2 hours. I refreshed the page and 6 calls have been made with 9.1k tokens consumed. Is this normal? Is there a lot of background stuff going on I'm not seeing? In the terminal we have some stuff like this:

It looks like I made the assumption that I had access to the gtp-4 model via the api. Despite having a OpenAI Plus account this is not the case.

To solve this I paused and deleted my agent attempting to run with gpt-4 and created a new one using gpt-3.5 turbo. It's alive...
