Modifier to quickly move Elements to top/bottom in the Workflow #213

Add a modifier (E.g. shift) for the arrow-buttons that move Elements up/down in the Workflow stack.

This modifier, when held and an arrow is pressed, moves the Element to the top or bottom of the stack, depending on which arrow was pressed.
