I hope this message finds you well. I have a bit of confusion regarding the TSTART and TEND values in the 9th column of the GFF file within the summary files. For example, in the line:

scaffold_1 Earl_Grey LINE/I-Jockey 221570 221605 525 + . TSTART=949;TEND=1034;ID=RND-1_FAMILY-74;SHORTTE=T

Does TSTART=949; TEND=1034 mean that the sequence fragment from 221570 to 221605 on scaffold_1 corresponds to the sequence fragment from 949 to 1034 within RND-1_FAMILY-74?
