Conviction fusion mod

Hallo. I have Problems using the mod. I dont know exactly how to install it.
If i copy the fusionmod.ini to the folder where the exe is located nothing happens.
Please can someone discribe to me, which are the correct steps how to make it work?

You need to unpack all files to an appropriate folder.

Thanks. Before i copy the files into the folder where the exe is located, i have to unpack all files. Thats what i have done. But should i copy only the fusionmod.ini file or other files too or even the whole unpacked folder, into where the exe is.
Or do i have to create an extra folder in the splinter cell folder.
Sorry for asking. Im too stupid. Got my pc a couple of days ago
