The idea is combine with no StateCommand=Restore (wich allows you holster weapon when climbing ledges etc) when performing takedowns with weapon in hands it not returns in them but animation looks like you holding it. When 'm_bUseNewAnimEvents=false', your weapon is returning in hands but you dont have knife when performing lethal takedowns.
In short idea is to held always 'false' but when performing takedownt set it to 'true' then when animation ends set it back to 'false'. All takedowns is like 2.5 - 3 sec long.
Or maybe hold StateCommand=Restore as disabled or mapped to a button, then when performing takedown asiighn it to 'Tick' then when wheapon back in hands disable it again, but it will restore weapons even if yo perform takedown without weapon in hands. This will require to add chack for weapon/no weapon.
