Build or generate new .elf (PCSX2)file when added new CRC

Could you please explain how I can generate new plugin? when i added new CRC(I've added localization and CRC summary changed, and widescreen fix doesn't work)

Seems correct, you need to compile with visual studio.

I'll tried:

1. I ran premake5.bat
2. After that i've opened
   
   and just builded project.
   And i can't find where .elf files located, where to find them
