[Suggestion] Need for Speed Underground 2 Steering wheel dead zone

Since the game supports my Logitech G29 with no problems and the Force feedback is nice for a game this old, I was wondering if there could be a setting to remove the dead zone just like there is one for the left stick of the controller.
