[Feature Request] Change the way of controlling the game's speed when the Stunt Jump camera is active

What should happen

GTAV controls the game's speed while in Stunt Jumps, with the mouse scroll.
IV does this by having you move the whole mouse around, and is quite uncomfortable to be honest.
Implementing V's way of handling this thing here, would be a nice thing.

Feature Request Please allow the stunt jump feature to be turned on and off
There are plenty of people who don't need intrusive cameras or slow motion.
Stunt function always disable, just like in multiplayer mode
