Drop down does not update when "Next" and "Previous" is used

When the user clicks through the "next" buttons to progress through the mitigators, the currently selected mitigator in the drop down list does not update.

This is confusing as the title, description and data related to the new mitigator, but the select box might imply to the user that they are still inputting values for the old mitigator.

In the example below, the user clicks to progress to excess beddays, but the select box does not update.
