Updates required ahead of the NHS-RPycom conference in late November.

In particular:

reflections on what has worked since the presentation to DfT
more on using the planner features
maybe shortening it (punchier, less time)

Actually I'm going to reform it slightly to fit the shorter timeslot and to incorporate some new things like GitHub Projects.
