[SUGGESTION] Allow suppressing embeds via reacting.

Allow for reacting with the emoji of choice to quickly suppress embeds from the message.

Note: If the message is a reply, maybe do not allow for suppression?

Describe the solution you'd like
Reacting with ☁️ or something user configurable, or using Message -> Apps -> Suppress Embeds to quickly suppress & unsuppress embeds from the message. This must only be allowed by the original sender, or any moderator with Manage Messages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
#8 is technically viable, but still inconvenient as you would need to use something like s/https:\/\/google.com/<https:\/\/google.com>.

Additional context
Related to #8; it is not quick to edit messages, especially with markdown included.
