[SUGGESTION] Transfer Tokens

Create a way to generate a transfer token so you can transfer your data to a new account in the case you lose access.

Currently, when someone loses an account and has to create a new one, they either need to prove to the devs that they're the same as the old account or start their system completely over again. If there was a way to create tokens that you can use in the case an account loses access, it would avoid this headache.
