Describe your feature
A hybrid between front & latch that allows for latching to registered fronting members but not latching to random oneoffs from non-fronters.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow for latching only with fronting members. This may ideally be per-server or per-channel, as it's possible that cofronting is for two concurrent conversations in two different channels.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None.
Additional context
Someone has a case where a non-global latch can be useful, and it generally is with concurrent conversations.
