another question is Do i need to create another folder or mdx file in /site-content/ folder where it will be automatically converted to a page

Depending on your browser, inspect mode will show you where the location of the newsletter button is. In regards to the new/additional page thing, I would recommend you test it. The best thing about being a student is we are expected to break things and won't be judged. Good luck!
