Custom dynamic trees

Not every mod has support for Dynamic Trees and there is a lot of work in building and compiling a whole addon mod that could be streamlined by adding the capability to implement custom dynamic trees in a more convenient format.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make custom trees with configurable size, branching behavior, temperate vs tropical, and so on and so forth, out of any material.
Ideally, custom fruit and other attachments that can have custom models.
Ideally, custom models for the first one-block stage of a dynamic tree.
