Update deletes all mods before checking the URL

I've tried to update a modpack with an offline solder (it wasn't displayed below the modpack name, but the log says "Connection refused"), it gave the usual error regarding not being able to download the files. All files in "mods" are gone now, the "config" and "cache" folders didn't change.
