In Java settings, if you have previously selected "Latest 64-bit" as your JRE, and then uninstall all JREs and install a 32-bit JRE, an out of bounds exception will happen at

LauncherV3/src/main/java/net/technicpack/launcher/ui/components/OptionsDialog.java

Line 431 in 2af6538

versionSelect.setSelectedIndex(1);

This likely happens because there is only one JRE entry (the default one).
