[BUG] Alarms notifications not showing when screen locked

Describe the bug
When screen is locked, there is no notification at the time of the alarm: no sound, no message on the screen, no notification led.

To Reproduce
Add Task and add Alarm to the task.

Expected behavior
User is notified when an alarm triggers and the screen is locked.
