Channel RSS feeds not properly working for some channels

Describe the bug

RSS feeds for some channels are not working, as there are no items in the list, despite the channel having a lot of uploads. Playlist feeds seem unaffected.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://piped.video/channel/UCB-hXAnF8U_KMAgtAUUC7Aw
2. See that the channel has uploads
3. Click the RSS logo
4. Cry

Expected behavior

Feed should contain items. The original feed on YouTube does: https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=UCB-hXAnF8U_KMAgtAUUC7Aw
