as any alternation in youtube playlist wont be modified in newpipe, it will become convenient to manage multiple playlist,

Not yet. For now every related issue is in the feed of #2583, when the PR will be ready I will go through all of them and link the fixed ones

I was going to open an issue but someone beat be to the punch so I'll just voice my support for it... YT is pretty heavy handed with handing out account terminations and even if an account termination is justified, it doesn't change the fact that the result is playlists very quickly become a graveyard of greyed out, unplayable videos and unlike with the official app and site, Newpipe doesn't simply skip over them and just play the next available video in the playlist. Things come screeching to a halt right then and there and at present there's no way to clean things up aside from the painfully tedious need to delete them one by one. I don't know how difficult something like this is to accomplish from a development/coding perspective but can say for sure that it'd go a long way to improve the overall ux
