Repeated notification from channels

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Subscribe to some channels and have notifications enabled for few of them.
2. Observe the notifications you receive over the long-term.
3. Note that there are notifications for video that were already received.

Expected behavior

I only receive one notification per video.

Actual behavior

I repeatedly receive notification for the same video. These repeated notification seem to come on random days and I've seen them repeat multiple times.
