Video (and UI) jittering

Steps to reproduce the bug

Just install the app

Expected behavior

No video jittering

Actual behavior

No matter what settings I try to tweak, video reproduction is jittering, with frames flashing at random. I don't think it's a connection problem.

Idk if it is just my pc, but from the uploaded video it seems there are no issues. I don't understand. On my phone, the jittering is evident, but I can't see it on the video. Could this be an OS problem then?

Try using another device to capture a video of the stutter, instead of an inbuilt screen recorder.

First try this with different video settings such as resolution, speed, etc. to see if anything changes. Then try it on a different device. If the bug isn't there, try a different ROM on this device.

Yep, it's a ROM problem, I've tested like you suggested (I come from LineageOS, so I have tested already different ROM) and that's my conclusion.
