Syncing Problem with mihon

Steps to reproduce

1. Insert Suwayomi server info
2. Nothing happens

I excpect it to sync

I am want to use Suwayomi as a central server but it seems hard when I want the ability to download chapters to a local device such as my phone but it won't sync or do anything that shows me that it has connected. I have verified that I can connect to the Suwayomi server in a browser
