Change how updated section handles manga

The updated section simply takes the response from the REST api updated request. Since tachidesk returns a list of chapters, there are bound to be duplicate manga in the section, which some users may not like.

New Behavior should be to give users an option to choose the behavior... "Allow Duplicates" switch (? don't know how to exactly name it). If true, then don't do anything to request, if false, then make sure each manga is unique.

Adding the chapter as a subtitle could also be nice.
