Investigate if we can use keywords like "opa" and "open policy agent" for marketplace search

Currently, the extension can only be found by searching for "rego". While this is alright, it's likely that some users will search for "opa" or "open policy agent" instead, and won't be able to find it, or at least not on the first attempt. We should investigate whether it's possible to add these keywords somewhere. If it isn't, let's create a feature request for that in the Zed project.

If either of these issues gets resolved then searching the extension with other keywords would work:

• extension search / filtering zed-industries/zed#9066
• add tags field to extension.toml(extension_api) & autogenerate tags from theme folder/lsp language zed-industries/zed#10598 (doesn't mention search, but if tags are supported I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to use it for searching)

Solid research! Sounds like we can't do much about it at this point, but let's keep this open for tracking.
