UI suggestions for the collections list

Custom icons for collections:
Pretty self explanatory. I think simply being able to use different icons for different collections would go along way to making the UI more user friendly.

The current implementation of nested collections (which i'm guessing is so far not expanded upon from netlify-CMS) is quite barebone, which at least for me means I'm creating quite alot of different collections. Having the same icon for all of them makes it very cluttery and doesn't direct the eyes towards what is is that a content editor wants to change.

Headers:
This UI feature is something I remember from forestry.io. Headers would be lines with text, or some other separator, that could be placed at any position in the list. They would serve to group collections together visually. These would solely be a UI thing. I think the bang for the buck here in terms of feature complexity/UX improvement ratio is very high.
