Uninstall leaves many tables and other things. From K. Sharp.

A couple of notes. Once installed and set up on a site it is not possible to uninstall and re-install. Uninstall leaves the content type, field bases, field instances, field collections, and variables in the database. Re-installation does not take this into account. I was running into entity wrapper issues. In order to re-install the cap modules I had to manually delete all of the stuff left behind.
