Another issue is that there is no button provided for me to skip the step of removing the background

If you removed the background yourself, you just need to press "run" to start the transformation. But why the programme crops photos like this is not clear to me. Foreground Ratio doesn`t matter

The cropping is fixed in the latest update. Also I fixed the wrong path in the README
