Problem

In this line, it is established that a "sqon" is a file.

A "sqon" is a file that conforms to this specification.

The following line uses "file", which is redundant.

A sqon file may optionally use the .sqon suffix.

Solution

The line should be changed.

A sqon may optionally use the .sqon suffix.
