problem when executing robot.py

Greetings,
when I try to run robot.py with Interface on, only robot and soft part pops up, no tk windows, no probe, no error reporting, only warnings " Invalid Linear System to solve", and nothing could be changed.
May I know how to solve this and can control the robot with soft part via interface?

thank you so much! Currently the interface works properly when there's no soft part. However when I set softpart=True, the interface seems not working

Can you check that you didn't change anything else ?
