I believe we need to use single quotes:

As documented, unquoted snow git execute fails
zsh: no matches found: @quickstart_common.public.quickstart_repo/branches/dev/steps/0[134]_*

With quotes - executes successfully
snow git execute '@quickstart_common.public.quickstart_repo/branches/dev/steps/0[134]_*'
