kill old session on start #7

When I start a new instence, any old instance should be killed automagically

ideas:

give the jobs some kind of name or tag when starting them (preferably via parameter for condor_submit. The job-file would also work, but I don't really want to depend on the interal of the job-file so much)
killing all jobs would probably be bad
