Do we really need to deprecate Organization and Person entities?

If i understand right the decision is based on data protection worries.
#95 and #96 are closed based on the decision. Couldn't we use the #70 Add Frontend with content negotiation feature to only selectively show results from the entities where we have permission to do so but keep background data e.g. for summary information on persons or organizations? Later we could get rid of the data by using linked metadata e.g. via ORCIDs only.

#102 has a similar need to have personal data which we cannot keep easily in a public wiki.
