Command Hub Issue, Solar Panels Not Giving Charge

For Anyone with this Issue, Ill explain what is wrong.

I am currently using a Boolean to check if the Command Engine is Connected to the Command Hub.
But, with this Issue, There can ONLY BE ONE Command Hub, as, a Boolean is Set to Static.
To Fix This, I will be using BlockStorage to assign to each one.

I dont know if this is the same issue as I have but I got the command hub and engine running but I can only link 1 panel to it. Is that intended or is it supposed to be able to link on unlimited panels.
