Suggest to direct to definition page https://politikus.sinarproject.org/contributing/politically-exposed-persons when hover over the term "politically exposed person".

Can't seem to navigate to the definition page without knowing the URL (or maybe bcs I'm noob heh).

Helper hints/tooltips should be implemented. But in custom views for Sinar Project deployment of politikus, as some of these definitions are Malaysian specific. Generic tooltip definitions can be done first on generic template.
