Description

The jumpsuit is default for captain, and both formals are available. However, the casual jumpskirt is not available, and the captain has to print one through the HOP's uniform printer. This sucks.

Reproduction

  1. Open loadouts
  2. Be unable to equip the casual skirt

Expected behavior

  1. Open loadouts
  2. Be able to equip jumpskirt
