As of d052459, in a finished round, the position of each dead Kurve is where it would have been one tick after its death. But it has never been at that position, since it died before reaching it.

Concretely, it's a bit weird that the A Kurve that crashes into the wall dies test case expects the dead Kurve's position to be ( 0.5, 100 ) and not ( 1.5, 100 ), which is the last position where its head would have been drawn in a real game.
