Fix copy-SHA-to-clipboard behaviour #201

Last time I checked, you can copy the SHA to the clipboard by clicking on a datapoint on either timeline report. Good.

That functionality isn't accompanied by the popup it was supposed to be. Boo.

The popup never worked locally either. Boo.

And I should check to make sure there's appropriate on-page text to tell you this will happen. Not there yet.

All this should get fixed up and done.
