I believe this would simplify workflow to update packages in projects that use them, for example GEDKeeper

As it turned out the day before yesterday, the RosaLinux build system cannot download packages and subprojects. I will need to remove the GKCommunicator subproject in GEDKeeper so that everything will work without problems.
