Error message disappears when trying to validate without a chosen relay point + impossible to choose another carrier

First bug: When we do not choose a relay point and we try to validate the order without a relay point selected, an error message appears for 1 second and then disappears (see GIF file "bug-1"). The error message must appear to indicate to the customer what to do.

Second bug (related to the first one): Following bug 1, when we choose a delivery method other than a relay point delivery (so no relation with the "Sendcloud" module), it is no longer possible to continue the order. We are blocked (see the GIF file "bug-2") because the "Continue" button is disabled. This is quite problematic ... The button must be reactivated when changing the delivery method.
