Support NFTR fonts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Migrate the code from https://github.com/pleonex/NerdFontTerminatoR to this repository in yarhl style.
Update the documentation to explain how to use the converters, with examples and document the format especification.

None

Additional context
This is the standard font format for NDS.
