The value of scalr_variable is sat to always be sensitive:

Could the sensitivity be based on whether or not the sensitive is true or not?

Hi, thank you for question.

But unfortunately isn't directly supported by the Plugin SDK and sensitive attribute couldn't be based on any conditional.
