Description

I suggest adding a chatbot that answers common questions related to the CodeIN website quickly as well as links to certain sections. We can replace the feedback form button with the chatbot as we already have a seperate feedback section.

I can implement this chatbot as a GSSOC'24 contributor. Please assign me this task.
