Issue Description:

The current design of the website presents two distinct UI issues affecting user experience, particularly on smaller screens:

Back to Top Button Hiding Under Cards:
The "Back to Top" button, intended for easy navigation to the top of the page, is partially obscured by the content cards, specifically in sections like "Core Team" and others. This obstruction prevents users from accessing the button easily, hindering the intended functionality.
Misalignment of Cards in "Our Events," "Opportunities," and Similar Sections:
On smaller screens, such as mobile devices, the alignment of cards within sections like "Our Events," "Opportunities," and possibly others, deviates from the intended layout. This misalignment disrupts the visual presentation and may obscure content, affecting the overall user experience negatively.
