@tafazzul-mohammed-americaneagle-com This use-case is not supported out of the box in b2c-crm-sync as far as I understand. This will need to be build custom - as this will entail leveraging customer creation via OCAPI call. In addition also triggering a reset password email and retrieve the password reset token. |

We have an external POS system that creates customer records (Person Account) in Salesforce CRM directly. Could someone tell me if and how it is possible to sync these Person Accounts with SFCC using the b2c-crm-sync? For these new Accounts, I can only see the "Order on Behalf Of" button even after I populated the "B2C Customer List", "B2C Customer ListID" and "B2C Instance" values.
We do have the Salesforce B2C-Connector configured but it looks like the B2C-Connector only pushes the data in one direction i.e., from B2C to Salesforce.
